Hi, my name is Juan Hernandez and I’m the owner of a lawn mowing service here in North Texas. I started my business as a sole means to support my family and be in business for myself.
When I started my business I did not know how to use an edger let alone know that blowers existed. But I learned on the job how to use the equipment, how to gain customers, how to schedule, how to price, and so on.
One thing is for sure is that you never stop learning. Even when you think you know everything there is to run a business there is something new and challenging around the corner.
My purpose is to contribute to the lawn care industry. To share what I have learned about the lawn care business, avoid the mistakes i’ve made, implement what has worked and what hasn’t to grow your business.
